The Base is an integrated mental health and community centre located in the heart of Newcastle.
We are a team of passionate mental health clinicians made up of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social workers, Counsellors, Art Therapists, Yoga & Dance Therapists, Mental Health Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Social Workers, and more.
We offer a range of different services and modalities to help support and guide you through your mental health journey, offering a safe space for you to gather and (re)-connect to yourself and community.

THE BASE Health is centrally located at the former Methodist Church in Newcastle West. It is a unique and versatile venue. We don’t just talk about the benefits of bringing people together, we do it. In addition to clinical work, we facilitate professional and personal development events.
