We are a team of passionate mental health clinicians made up of Psychologists, Social workers, Counsellors, Art Therapists, Yoga & Dance Therapists, Mental Health Occupational Therapists, and more!
We offer a range of different services and modalities to help support and guide you through your mental health journey, offering a safe space for you to gather and (re)-connect to yourself and community.
