Art Therapist and Illustrator, Kirrili Lonergan, is facilitating group art therapy on Wednesdays at 9:30am.
These one hour sessions are open to anyone who feels that art assists their mental health or who would like to try it as a method of promoting their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
The exercises used in Art Therapy are not bound by anyone’s artistic capabilities and are facilitated in a caring and safe environment.
