Certified and experienced PT and fitness boxing instructor, Jen Murrell is now booking for one to one boxing sessions at the Base.
These sessions are not focussed on increasing fitness level, losing weight or changing your body. They are about connecting with your body, focussing on movement and noticing how movement affects your mental health.
Sessions include warm up and check in, technique practise, combos and stretching. Each session is tailored to the individual and their capacity on the day.
