Practice Presence is a 8 week (for term 1) Trauma Sensitive Yin Yoga program designed to help support teens live a authentic life.
Including soft gentle movement & slow stretchy poses this program focuses on connection to self & others.
Sessions include topics such as kindness, truthfulness, rest, spaciousness, gratitude, contentment, forgiveness, self awareness, acceptance.
