  • Experience the art of transformational relaxation through the practice of Yoga Nidra online.
  • Let go with a 25 minute guided Yoga Nidra, either lying on the floor or sitting in a chair.

Yoga Nidra assists with well-being and stress release through the progressive relaxation of the muscles. Re-connect with the Self through focusing on the senses, the body and the breath. Zoom Room opens at 5.30 for a 5.35 start.

  • Please have a blanket, cushions to place under the head and knees with you before logging on.
  • Please note that you will receive an email with the link 30 minutes before the commencement of the class.

 

If you haven’t practiced Yoga Nidra with Karen before, she will contact you by phone between 4.30pm and 5.30pm on the day of the Yoga Nidra session to answer any questions and to complete a short enrolment questionnaire with you.
