Yoga Nidra assists with well-being and stress release through the progressive relaxation of the muscles. Re-connect with the Self through focusing on the senses, the body and the breath. Zoom Room opens at 5.30 for a 5.35 start.
If you haven’t practiced Yoga Nidra with Karen before, she will contact you by phone between 4.30pm and 5.30pm on the day of the Yoga Nidra session to answer any questions and to complete a short enrolment questionnaire with you.
