Yoga Nidra

Turn everything down a notch or two with Yoga Nidra at the end of the working week.  Nidra is a  meditative relaxation experience  that is practiced either lying down or from a seated position of your choice.

Rest Retreat

Learn the Art of Rest.

In these deep somatic sessions we use the breath & props to release held tension in the body as we welcome in a state of deep relaxation.

Restorative healing involves being in supported shapes for longer periods of time than other types of yoga, with supports such as bolsters, blocks, & blankets intended to help you relax & rest. There is no structured shape that you need to be in during these sessions, they are felt based shapes rather than structural shapes.

In these sessions we will relearn how to have a sense of safety in your bodies. It is an opportunity to re-acquaint ourselves with the sensations that the body experiences that we may not have been aware of. We learn to accept these sensation as we embrace the art of rest.
