NYC was created to bring Yoga Teachers & Students together in a safe, welcoming environment whilst creating a place for connecting & belonging.

Our intention is through cultivating inner connection with ourselves, we will strengthen our community & our connection with others.

Newcastle Yoga Collective operates from The Base Integrated Health & Community Hub in the heart of Newcastle.

We provide a range of Yoga Styles for the whole Community including separate Kids & Family Classes & Classes just for Men.

We offer weekly classes that run along side the School Term as well as specialty Workshops and Series.

*Class passes are only valid for the term and can be used across the classes on the timetable, unless specified otherwise. No refunds, holds, extensions for class passes will be granted.

Embodied Dance

Come back to yourself and have fun being in your body with this creative 75 minute class. Explore different themes weekly, as we play with embodied dance, yoga and movement and guided meditation. Embodied Movement is for any woman (trans/non binary welcome) with any body. No prior experience needed, just curiosity and desire to move! This is a safe space to be exactly as you are, show up for you and move through your stuff.
Your host Cindra is an experienced yoga teacher and embodied dance facilitator. Investment is $15 per class.

A six week course a holistic exploration of fostering connection with and nurturing of all aspects of Self through movement and breath practices, relaxation, community, meditation, reflection, sound, journalling etc.

Now and  Again’s Wellness Circle

A space for mothers and Mumma’s-to-be to come together with open hearts as we create a safe space to share our stories and unpack the essence of motherhood.  We’ll engage in a combination of practices such as guided mediation, group sharing and reflective rituals while embedding N&A’s Holistic Massage Philosophy into the space. Yoga Nidra

Experience the art of transformational relaxation through the gentle meditation of Yoga Nidra whilst laying down or supported by a chair. Let go of the working week with some gentle releasing movement, followed by a 20 -30 minute Yoga Nidra.

Introductory Offer $90 for 8 weeks (5/5/21 until 25/6/21) or $15 per session for casual attendance.
Or, for those on limited budgets, $60 for 8 weeks or $10 per session for casual attendance.

This 6 week program is designed for you to practice along side your Tots. The focus is varied during these sessions so your little one learns to more, stop, focus & breathe. Great for learning self regulation techniques and a beautiful bonding experience.
