Yoga Therapy is a private, unique experience designed to help you reach your desired outcomes & personal goals.

Sessions are customised & delivered in A safe space  using modern neuroscience coaching techniques combine with Yoga practices, principles & philosophy.

Whether you want to prepare to be able to take part in group yoga sessions or increase your general everyday social & community participation, yoga therapy can help improve your everyday health & wellbeing as well as enhancing your relationship to yourself & others.

Yoga Therapy can help you improve your overall daily living,  the quality of life &  help you make better life choices aligned with your personal outcomes & goals. Yoga Therapy with Sarah Truman helps you gain a deeper understanding, acceptance & appreciation of your unique self. 

During Yoga Therapy sessions  you will learn how to incorporate Yogic Tools, Practices & Philosophy into your daily life.

Consideration is made for any injuries, trauma & physically, mentally or emotionally challenges you may be faced with.

Sarah Truman during Yoga Therapy sessions uses a whole being philosophy based on the Kosha Model & takes into consideration the link between the physical, energetic/emotional, & the mental/mind bodies.

Sarah offers Meridian Based Yoga Therapy in these highly individualised sessions drawing on both Traditional Chinese Medicine & Ayurvedic principles to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

Yoga Therapy can be done as a solo practice or along side other Therapies such as Psychology, Art Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.

Sarah Truman works from The Base Health in Newcastle West offering support to both Adults & Children individually.

Sarah also offers a whole Family approach during which she encourages session for both Children & Care Givers separately and together (where possible and appropriate – this is not suitable in all circumstances).  You can book a group session for the whole family as well as individual sessions for just the adults and just the children. She also offers sessions for couples and siblings
